2. Placing and Confirming an Order

Orders for our cybersecurity services may be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone using the contact details above. An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the services described at the time of enquiry.

• We will confirm receipt of your order by email or telephone.
• A contract between you and Sesibe is formed only when we send you a written confirmation accepting your order, which will set out the scope of services, timeline and price.
• We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where the requested service falls outside our current capacity or expertise.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide when placing an order (business details, contact information, technical requirements) is accurate and complete.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate where relevant.

• The scope of each engagement (e.g. security assessments, monitoring, staff training, incident response support) will be clearly set out in our order confirmation or a separate service agreement.
• Any work, tools or third-party licences not explicitly listed in the confirmed scope are not included and will be quoted separately if required.
• Payment terms (upfront, milestone-based or recurring) will be specified in the order confirmation. Payment may be made by the methods indicated at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Prices may be updated from time to time, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

If you are a consumer or small business ordering services at a distance (for example, via our website or by phone), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the service has already been fully performed with your express agreement, or has begun with your consent and you have acknowledged you will lose the right to cancel once performance starts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

• Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from the use of our services.
• Cybersecurity services aim to reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a business will be entirely free from security incidents. We make no warranty that our services will prevent every possible threat.

6. Cookies

This website uses a single cookie, consent_mode, which stores your cookie consent preference for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking or session cookies are set on this website. Advertising measurement, where applicable, is only activated after you have given consent and operates solely on the order confirmation page.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
