Orders for our cybersecurity services may be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone using the contact details above. An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the services described at the time of enquiry.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate where relevant.
If you are a consumer or small business ordering services at a distance (for example, via our website or by phone), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the service has already been fully performed with your express agreement, or has begun with your consent and you have acknowledged you will lose the right to cancel once performance starts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
